Following on from a previous client survey in 2010 we asked our clients for their opinions, good and bad, of our practice. Their responses are given below:

In February 2010 we carried out a survey of all clients who we had done work for in the previous 18 months. We asked them for their impressions of the practice, what they liked about us and where they thought that we could improve. The comments that we received are summarised below:
